Brigadier Muhammad Aslam Khan is
presently holding the post of Chief Executive FESCO. He got regular
Commission in Pakistan Army on 12th December 1971.

- Joint services staff course 1992-93 with grading Qual (equal to M.Sc
Joint Studies)
- Pakistan Staff course in 1982 with grading Qual (equal to B.Sc honors)
- Pakistan Technical staff course in 1978 with grading Qual (B.Sc

- CIVIL QUALIFICATIONS:
- MA Political Science
- MA International Relations
- MBA (Marketing)
- Ph.D. (HRM) being persued
- CREATIVE ACTS:
- He is basically a marketing
oriented person and with his productive marketing skills, he has managed
to increase the sale power in repect of FESCO.
- He is target
oriented person. He has introduced different practices in Company which
are giving benificial results.

Study Period:
- he study period is
conducted quarterly upon a specific topic, which is analysed, and
prepared by syndicate panel headed by a senior officer with more than
20-years experience in the concerned field. The study period have been
conducted upon the following topics
- Measures to reduce line
losses in the Distribution of Electric Power System
- How to grow more Revenue
- How to improve better
Customer services
- Fitness
inspection of Divisions:
- The Chief Executive has
introduced a style of inspection of Divisions where the revenue is
generated/collected through the sale of power. Such inspections are
proved beneficial in respect of highlighting the financial as well
as commercial and technical aspects of the field area and thus providing
the better guide lines to the Divisional Managers for improvement in
their day to day working and system.
